Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) made IPL history by scoring a record 287/3 against RCB which is the highest team total ever recorded. Travis Head was the standout player as he smashed 102 runs off 41 balls. He was treating every bowler like they were just easy targets. Abhishek Sharma added a quick 34 runs while Heinrich Klaasen (67 runs) and Abdul Samad (37 runs) wrapped things up with some serious power hitting. RCB’s bowling lineup which included names like Reece Topley and Lockie Ferguson had no answers as SRH turned the match into a batting showdown.
2. Sunrisers Hyderabad – 286/6 vs RR (IPL 2025)
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) came really close to breaking their own record by scoring 286/6 against Rajasthan Royals. SRH were just one run short of their 287 from 2024. This time, the standout player was Ishan Kishan who hit a fantastic debut century and finishing not out at 106 runs off 47 balls. He received excellent support from Travis Head (67 runs) and Heinrich Klaasen (34 runs) to keep the runs flowing. Even with big names like Trent Boult and Yuzvendra Chahal on the RR side, they seemed completely outmatched as SRH smashed 22 sixes during the innings.
